One thing about KC Classic
Cars that is different than most is the way we conduct our business. We
only have a few simple objectives:
1) We only offer cars of superior
quality, ones that we would be proud to own ourselves and confidently
drive or show at any event, at any time. We don't buy junk, so we don't
sell junk. Period. We specialize in cars that are in excellent
condition, have very low miles, and have had as few ownders and as much documentation as possible.
2) We know you are an intelligent,
choosy buyer. We don't insult you with outrageous mark-ups and by
playing psychological or numbers games. Many dealers approach the
consumer as a lamb waiting to be fleeced. At KCCC, our cards are on the
table, so you know what you're getting, and how much it will cost. We
will never bait you with a "call for price" gimmick so that we can hard
sell you on a vehicle. Frankly, we don't have to do that, because our
cars are of such quality that they will sell themselves to someone
smart enough to consider all the elements of the deal.
3) We will always provide you all the information we have on the vehicle, good, bad, or indifferent. If we have a Carfax, it's yours for inspection. If we know the history of the car, we will tell you. If we don't, we will tell you that, too. You should never be in the dark or have questions about any of our cars when you make a purchase.
4) We want you to be satisfied, and we want you back. Nothing travels like word-of-mouth advertising. If you have a positive experience, you're likely to tell others. If your
experience is negative, you will definitely tell others. While we do not offer warranties on our cars at this time because of their age, we can promise that all of our cars look, run, and drive just as we describe them. We do not 'overpuff' our cars into something they are not. The bottom line: no surprises. Your satisfaction is what guarantees our future success.
5) Our pricing structure is simple: We offer only excellent, low mileage, or top-quality restored classics and luxury cars at reasonable, market rates. We are never the most
expensive, and never the cheapest. What we offer is a better value for the same price as others charge. Our cars will sell in the same price range as other classic dealers, but typically will have much lower mileage, be in much better condition, have fewer owners, and more documentation.
